My father's friend and farm helper before the war, and later my mentor and role model, WW-II B-24 Nose Gunner Richard "Dick" Hartwig........... one of the finest men I ever knew! His life enriched so many, beyond his knowledge. May we try to live up to his standard, and may he forever now rest in peace. And may God bless his soul.
